## Piqtra Pro and the free trial

- **How does the free trial work?** New subscribers can try Piqtra Pro free for 3 days. Nothing is charged today. If notifications are on, Piqtra reminds you one day before the trial ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you won't be charged; otherwise your plan starts and renews automatically.
- **How do I cancel?** In Piqtra, go to *Settings → Manage subscription*. Or on your iPhone, open *Settings*, tap your name, then *Subscriptions*, choose Piqtra and tap *Cancel Subscription*. You can also use your [Apple Account subscriptions](https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions) page. You keep Piqtra Pro until the end of the period you paid for, or until your trial ends.
- **I bought Pro but it's locked.** In Piqtra, go to *Settings → Restore purchases* while signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with.
- **Refunds.** Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com).

## Tracing

- **How do I trace?** Open a drawing and tap *Start tracing*. Prop your iPhone above a sheet of paper with the back camera facing down, for example on a phone stand or across the top of a glass. You'll see the paper with the drawing over it; follow the lines with a pencil. Use *Opacity* to fade the guide and *Scale* to size and lock it.
- **The camera is black.** Allow camera access in your iPhone's *Settings → Piqtra → Camera*, then open the drawing again.

## AI drawings

- **Daily limit.** Photo to Step-by-Step Guide, Get traceable lines and AI Generate share a daily limit. When you reach it, the app tells you, and more unlock within 24 hours.
- **Report a drawing.** If an AI drawing is offensive or wrong, tap *Report this drawing* under it, or the flag button on the tracing screen, or email us.

## Your data

Piqtra has no accounts. Your drawings, photos and recordings stay on your iPhone, and deleting the app removes them. To ask us to delete anything else, email us from *Settings → Share feedback*.
