Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Piqtra app for iPhone and this website (together, "Piqtra"). By downloading or using Piqtra you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Piqtra.

1. Using Piqtra

Piqtra helps you draw by showing a see-through outline of an image over your camera view so you can trace it onto paper. You must use Piqtra in line with these Terms, Apple's App Store terms, and applicable law. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

2. Licensed Application End User License Agreement

Piqtra is licensed to you, not sold. In addition to these Terms, your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by Apple's agreement.

3. Piqtra Pro

Some features, such as the full template library and advanced outline tools, require Piqtra Pro. Piqtra Pro is offered as a Weekly or Yearly auto-renewing subscription.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the price shown for the same period (one week or one year) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy and vary by country and region. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

4. Refunds and restoring purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you reinstall Piqtra or switch devices, use Restore purchases in the app to recover Piqtra Pro on the same Apple ID.

5. Your images and drawings

You keep all rights to the photos you import and the drawings and recordings you make. Only use images you have the right to use. Piqtra processes your images on your device to create outlines and does not claim any ownership of them.

6. Templates and content

Templates, illustrations and other content provided in Piqtra are owned by Piqtra or its licensors. You may use them to create drawings for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the templates themselves.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Piqtra: for example, do not attempt to reverse engineer it, bypass purchases, interfere with its services, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Disclaimers

Piqtra is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running smoothly but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use common sense when drawing: keep your phone stable and be mindful of your surroundings.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piqtra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Piqtra after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
